Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email, sent within 24 hours of your order. Check your spam folder if you don't see it — or contact us and we'll resend it.
My tracking number isn't updating — is that normal?
Yes, it's normal in the first 24–48 hours. The carrier needs time to scan your parcel into their system. After that it updates regularly until delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship with Priority Shipping and typically arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
My order says delivered but I didn't receive it.
