How do I place an order?
Just pick your bundle on the product page, add it to cart and check out. You'll get an order confirmation by email within minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do our best.
I didn't get an order confirmation — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If it's still missing after a few minutes, reach out with the email you used and we'll confirm your order manually.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express options shown at checkout. Every payment is processed securely.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship with Priority Shipping and typically arrive in 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email within 24 hours of ordering. You can follow it anytime on our order tracking page.
My tracking isn't updating — is that normal?
Yes, in the first 24–48 hours. The carrier needs time to scan your parcel into their system, after which it updates regularly until delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across the United States. Any applicable taxes or duties are shown clearly at checkout.
How do the solar lanterns charge?
The built-in solar panel charges automatically in daylight — about 8 hours of sun for a full charge. They then glow from dusk to dawn. A USB-C backup charge is also available for cloudy spells.
How long do they stay lit at night?
A full charge gives 10+ hours of warm flame glow — easily dusk to dawn through the night.
Are they waterproof?
Yes. KALIQO lanterns are IP65 weatherproof, built to handle rain, wind and cold all year round.
My lantern won't turn on — what should I do?
First, let it charge a full day in direct sunlight, or top it up via USB-C. Most issues are simply a low battery. If it still won't light up, email us with your order number and we'll make it right.
What's your return policy?

How do I start a return?
Just contact us with your order number and the reason. We'll send you simple instructions — no complicated hoops.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
